Cheque dishonour

1.    Send notice within 30 days from Bank Note
2.    Second  Notice not valid
3.    Allow  15 days notice  for payment
4.    Still unpaid – File complaint within 30 days after payment time
5.    Police have no jurisdiction or power to deal under Section 138 of N.I. Act
6.    File a complaint before concerned magistrate
